I’m Alex Merriam, founder of Senior Insurance Pathfinders and an independent, licensed health insurance broker (NPN 18703733) with nine years of Medicare industry experience. I help people who are turning 65, preparing to retire, comparing employer coverage with Medicare, or reviewing their current plan.

I take pride in genuinely helping people understand their options. My process begins with education and a conversation about what matters most to you. Together, we’ll consider your doctors, prescriptions, preferred pharmacies, budget, travel needs, and coverage priorities. Then, I’ll guide you through the available options so you can make an informed decision with confidence. There is no separate fee for my guidance.

I believe knowledge is power—especially when it comes to Medicare. In addition to helping clients one-on-one, I present free Medicare education seminars at local libraries as part of the Senior Education Network. These seminars are educational only, with no products marketed or sold. They give people a comfortable place to learn the basics, ask questions, and feel better prepared for the decisions ahead.

Based in Littleton, my primary focus is serving clients throughout Colorado. I’m also licensed in multiple other states. Appointments are available in person, by phone, or virtually.

When I’m not helping people with Medicare, you’ll usually find me out enjoying Colorado’s trails.
